Typically, clients can run their first payroll 7 – 10 days after all required data has been collected. We have a three-step conversion process,
- A New Account Onboarding Specialist assists in gathering employee and company information such as tax account numbers and YTD info.
- Our Conversion Specialist then works with the client to train them on the payroll portal as well as run the first payroll.
- Clients are then assigned their permanent Payroll Specialist to work with going forward.
All our point-of-sale and terminal solutions are open-sourced and can be used on any processor’s platform. We do not hold our clients hostage once the equipment is purchased.
